Conditional Events

From The Contingency Market

Jump to: navigation, search

A list of events that must all succeed in any order before the contingency can succeed.

Note

The time at which the conditions succeed in being met is the same as the time at which the last event occurs (where all events do occur). The time at which the conditions fail in being met is the same as the time at which the first event fails to occur. At all other times, the conditions are said to have not yet been met.

CAUTION

No dependent contingency may directly or indirectly appear in more than one of Antecedent Contingencies, Preemptive Contingencies, and Collateral Contingencies. This contingency cannot be directly or indirectly referenced by a dependent contingency.
