Register rejection of a previously registered deal. Jointly accepted deals cannot be rejected.

Sequence number.

md5("ipaddr(sid,seq)->Reject(sDealID)/secret")
string sDealID 
The deal involving this session agent (as maker or taker) to be rejected.

SDealRejectData {sOfferIDRejected,sDealIDRejected,sTimeOfRejection}

ID of offer whose agent is rejecting the deal.
string sDealIDRejected 
ID of deal between offer maker and offer taker being rejected.
string sTimeOfRejection 
Time deal was rejected.
